Work with me one on one to develop tools of working through your trauma using the Ritual Breath as our guide and anchor. This breath is considered a ceremonial breath that unwinds stress and experiences from the nervous system and allows healing from a bottom up approach.

The breath acts as a mirror to the self. It is a wonderful tool to release trauma of the past that keeps us stuck. The breath can help us get in touch with self love, more energy, and heal chronic illnesses.

This is a trauma informed practice and I take my role with you very whole heartedly. I wish only to be a safe and non judgmental cheerleader for you in your process of healing and self love. You have the power to heal yourself, sometimes it just takes carving out the time and having the right questions asked to get you to your desired state of being.

I have a background in astrology and kundalini yoga- I am happy to incorporate these aspects of knowledge and practice if you’re interested.

First session will be 1.5 hours on Zoom. Recordings are available if you’d like.
