The Sangat and my journey

Hello, I am Holly- at one time my name was Sangat Gobind. A sikh name given to me by 3HO Kundalini Yoga. Although I never seriously used the name I did find a resonance with it and it’s meaning being a guide for my purpose. Sangat means spiritual community and Gobind means one who sustains and preserves.

Since becoming a mother in Sept 2020 in the midst of Covid I realize how much I needed community and a spiritual practice in my life and so I am here shifting into a new role and chapter in my life. I am forever changed since becoming a mother and I feel I need relief and relaxation. I want to share my passion for breathwork and other stress reducing techniques to anyone else who can benefit from it.

I am still in my own process and using all kinds of tools.

I combine trauma therapy techniques, somatic movement, kundalini yoga and trauma releasing breathwork to help create a shift or breakthrough.

That is what I hope to assist you in your journey : to find more freedom and lightness of being within your body; to feel clear and decisive; breathe your body into more joy, self love and self acceptance. We will do work prior to resource yourself so whatever arises in the session you will able to lean into. This work takes courage and vulnerability and I am here to be an assistant to your process.

We all have the capacity to heal ourselves and together we can explore the wisdom of your body, bring more awareness to shift what is stuck.
